There is a well known text scam going round so an email scam is very possible.
If your MyO2 is saying you've paid I would just ignore anything else.

It sounds ike it to me too. My advice is never click on a link unless you are certain it's real link. You did the right thing by checking your myo2. To make certain, you could always give o2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
