I have recently taken out a new pay mothly sim contract with o2. I have a PAC code from Tesco and have tried on three seperate occasions to complete the request. On each occasions I receive the following from BluePrism- Any idea how to resolve this? I need my number reverting due to exteremely important phone calls I am expecting. Thanks

I would give them a call
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I'm getting the same, i've tried about 6 times and I cannot get throgh on the phone. Nightware. I wish thy had a live chat service. Even a bot woud be a good sart!
