Moved from 3 to O2 last Wednesday 31 May. Wanted to keep number so had supplied PAC.

Thursday 1st June my number was showing on my account. Checked later I could call and receive from O2 numbers. Could text out but could not receive any even from O2. Waited the recommended 24 hours before contacting Customer Service.

Called them Friday morning told to keep switching phone on and off, and wait further 24 hours. I visited my local O2 store and they tried to help by contacting Customer Service. Same story switch on and off, wait 24 hours.

Sunday went back to store. SIM swapped, wait 24 hours. Still the same problem.

Today (Monday) back to store. Manager very helpful, but still no solution.

Customer Service to ring me tomorrow (24 hours)

No, not at the moment, have contact Customer Service via chat and was advised they have now escalated to the next level
