Has anyone had any issues with migrating their payg number to paym.
I was on payg rolling plan but after O2 took payment & didn’t renew the plan I was left without outgoing calls/texts so decided to migrate to sim only paym on Monday. All my details were taken for the number change & yesterday my payg number was deactivated but not moved across.
Over 7 hours so far trying to resolve the issue which I know can be resolved quite easily I’m no further forward.
CSRs have lied & even openly admitted to me on the phone that I’ve been lied too. So now I’ve been advised it’s with the back office team who will look into it.
Im shocked at how disappointing the level of Customer Services is at this company.
Anyone have any further help… have the back office resolved these issues or not?
my confidence in the company is zero right now

Just to add I’ve had my original number for over 21 years so imperative that I get it back asap as a carer for my disabled child this is the number everyone has. Also worked in mobile communications so I’m fully aware of call centres and processes

Unfortunately you'll need to persevere with customer service.
We no longer have anyone here who can help, sorry.
