Dear O2 Community
For 6 months or more, I have been facing network problems or lack of rather. I used to get signal in my area constantly, which is why I chose to stay with O2. I've been with O2 for as long as they have been O2. But slowly things are getting worse, my own special "hotspots" around the home are dwindling. My signal only "magically" works after I've been on O2 chat guru service. I want to end my contract early due to the lack of service here, or at least be compensated for a non-working service and that's the story of balamory
