Hi all,

Having just switched to O2 (new sim went in 30 minutes ago), and having given them my PAC, how long would you expect it to take before the phone reverts to my old number??

You'll need to send the form again from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

You'll be texted a transfer date when received by O2.

We're working on it.

Our pages for transferring mobile numbers and unlocking O2 phones are down at the moment.
We've got our best technicians on the case.
They'll have them back up and running as soon as possible.
