Solved: O2 unlimited not working as it should

When ever I try to call my girlfriend who has recently joined O2 I keep on getting charged for calling her when I have my unlimited it picks and chooses when to work. If any one can help on figuring out this problem then it would be a lot of help as it is costing me to much especially as a student with very little money.

I had a problem like this when I changed my O2 number a while back. It was costing people to call and text my new number. If you call O2 up they will refund you and will add numbers to the database so the calls will be back free.

If the number you are calling is new to O2 and ported from a different network it can sometimes take a few days for the systems to catch up.

When you say o2 unlimited do you mean a tarriff with unlimited minutes to any network or just to o2?
