O2 Rewards

I've got a text from O2 saying that I can SAVE or CLAIM my rewards. If I don't reply to this text with neither, what will happen to the rewards?

I'm not sure but being on the safe side I always save any offers before they disappear!

In theory nothing should happen and you should receive the same text in another 3 months.

...but I am old school and err on the cautious side! My advice would be to text SAVE if nyou don't want to claim it yet.:smileywink:

Yeah that's what I'm hoping happens because I've just realised I've never replied to them 😞

I've never had one of these texts but when I checked my account I found I was due £150 against a contract......

Seeing that I won't sign a long contract it will sit there for quite a while.

Just thought I'd throw it out there, that if you don't reply SAVE or CLAIM to the text message it disappears. I've just looked at my inbox and it looks like I've wasted £1 of rewards for not saving 😞

I've solved my own question by calling 313 lol A lesson to be learned about O2.. But O2 should really add a warning at the end of the text that it will disappear if it receives no response =/
