Hi,
I'm currently on an O2 Refresh tariff where my bill is split into two parts, I understand I need to pay the device of fully, which is spread over 3 years when I originally took out the tariff.
My question is, the airtime, is that part of the contract too, just like the device over 3 years, or could I leave O2 in terms of the tariff now and go with a different provider, as I'm not using anywhere near my allowances in my airtime anymore. The offerings from O2 within my O2 are no way near as good as other sim only plans elswhere.
Thanks.

Hi @Chazypax
Once you pay off the device you can then ask for your PAC. Once used this will cancel the airtime
