Not receiving SMS's from international numbers

Hello

I am currently in Sweden and I am not receiving SMS messages from international phone numbers. I am still able to receive SMS's from UK numbers (e.g. automated messages from PayPal, DPD, O2UK, etc.) but not international numbers.

I have a pay monthly SIM contract with O2 travel inclusive bolt on activated.

Can you please assist with this issue?

If you cant receive SMS from international numbers it is usually the network in that country that cant send messages to you. 

Are they using +44 7*** 123*** or 00 44 7*** 123*** to send the text
