Hi,  I moved from three to O2 and my porting date was yesterday, it took a while but by last night my number had moved and everything seemed fine (my account was updated, text and phone working with my old number).  However this morning I have no service, have tried both facebook and twitter but cant get any replies.  Is this a normal thing to happen the day after a port?

Thanks

Hazel

You'll need to keep trying O2 then.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use Skype if need be Guide: A Guide to Skype
