I understand with what is happening at the moment that deliveries can be affected, I placed an order for an apple Ipad Pro 12.9 inch on Monday yet this order still hasn't even been despatched.
I have tried to contact your customer service team 3x a day each of the times resulting being on hold for 1 hour and making no progress.
The reason I had placed the order with yourselves is because I needed the Ipad as a matter of urgency and with your next working day delivery this suited me perfectly, I find this completely unacceptable, and I would never have placed the order in the first place if I wasn't going to get the next day delivery which was offered to me.
The only lines that you can get through instantly is the "Sales team" - coincidence or not?
