Hi I’m wondering if anyone could help me, I am a new O2 customer and bought the iPhone 13 pro on the 31st January and still haven’t had any updates whether I passed credit checks or not/when my order will be shipped.
O2 have signed the agreement on their behalf and I was emailed all the documents but haven’t heard anything since. My EE contract runs out in a few days so I’m hoping it’ll be sorted by then. Thank you!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
