Hi ever since the last Android update I can't connect to nhs wifi any ideas? It's driving me nuts. Have tried forgetting network, resetting network settings, changing to phone mac, clearing cache cookies, allowing cookies. Have found that o2 uses a proxy which I can't change.
Solved! Go to Solution.

If it worked before the update I doubt will be the NHS WiFi set up.
I'm under the impression that Android 13 is rolling out fast for the FE.
Worth keep checking for updates.
In the meantime I'm at a loss, but there are far more knowledgeable people than me here who might have other suggestions.

I was in having a chest xray on Monday and NHS WiFi was working.
Using S20+ and running Android 13
Can't see a reason why it would be blocked by O2 as you don't actually need their network or any network connection to use it.

The only thing the o2 proxy is used for is Mobile Data..
Ir will depend on the WiFi Settings in use as each Trust has implemented it differently, and Android can have a problem with some Enterprise WiFi Networks..
What phone do you have and what version of Android are you using, and what is the error from the WiFi network

Hi thanks for replying, I'm using a Samsung S20FE on android 12 and the message just says cannot connect. It has previously worked on this phone before the recent Android updates
