You need to urgently get in touch with the Payment Management team @Ozie.
o2 are very quick to pass your account to debt recovery which will have a massive impact on you and your credit rating.
If you can, call them on 202 from your o2 phone, or directly on 0800 902 0217.
If you need to, you can call the 0800 number using the Skype app as it is a freephone number.
