Not happy !!!!regards a contract I took out on 2nd of April online to click collect and went in store collected my handset then to be told a week later this contract had not been set up and want the phone back as not shown as left there stock in store ....and even said they will come collect from my home .....and now asking me to take back to shop having been credit checked signed online contract ... not acceptable 02 !!!!

@Horses17  This certainly isn't acceptable. You need to contact customer services asap from the link given above by @Anonymous

Don't take it back to the shop or do anything until you speak to someone who knows whats happening in customer services. This appears to be their mess, not yours

@Horses17 Do you have any emails or anything in writing regarding this contract? Why would they just give you a phone in store if you didn't have any documentation?

I’ve got all emails regards the order number and from that then says go to the store and collect show id etc and your phone order then that’s it walk out with the phone

@Horses17 Well if you have all that, you need to call customer service and ask them where you should send copies of it all to, or take the paperwork into an O2 store and let them sort this out. Don't try to resolve this using Live Chat. Go in store or call. Also lodge a complaint using the link above.

Someone has dropped an enormous ballcock here. You need answers and I think you will only get them via the complaints route. It will be like a hot potato in customer service, no one taking responsibility and passed from pillar to post.
