Solved: My 10gb data is almost finished in 15 days.

Before I was using giffgaff. i always got 10 gb data every month. it never happened low data usage. Now I got 1gb. I have to use it in 15 days. it is impossible. They force me to buy more bigger package. it was mistake to go to 02 tariffs.

1gb is easily used by smartphones.

You can change your tariff in your MyO2 to get more data or add a bolt on if required.

Try disabling smart downloads in YouTube, it downloads videos in the background. Also look for which apps are eating more data in settings, you can toggle the option to wifi only for those apps to save data.

At last, you can change tariff to higher data plan.
