Hi, on the 9th of June 2024 I added [removed] to my Multisave Plan to get the 20% airtime discount. I have just noticed in my account that this was accepted and is active but shows 0% discount. Can you tell me what’s happened please?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
