Monthly bill more expensive

Hello, my monthly bill is higher than it normally should be and there are no additional charges on the bill so why is this ?

Hello Lewis5, I'd it is slightly higher this could be due to RPI (retail price index) which is in place every April, if this is not the case I would suggest contacting customer services on 202 from your handset so one of our advisors can look into this further.
