I purchased a phone upgrade from mobile phone direct on the 7th January to be delivered on the 8th via DPD.
the delivery driver must have fancied a new phone though because the phone never turned up, no proof of delivery was recorded I just received a message informing me the package was handed to customer. A parcel investigation was launched its now February and I’m still waiting I’ve just asked MPD to cancel the order.
i assume my contact with o2 will revert back to the previous contract as I never received my phone so the 14 day cooling off period never happened

You need to address this with MPD but you can check the status with O2.
