I just agreed to a contract in a call with O2 and the phone was cut off. My name has not been correctly registered by 02. I had been repeatedly spelling my name correctly to the women I spoke to, and explained that the correct spelling of both my first and second name can be seen on my e-mail address. I had hoped that women who I was speaking to would have phoned me back, but she didn't. This needs to be amended as the contract is not correct in the spelling of either my first or second name!
