Hey,
Is it possible to get a replacement on a prepaid sim card ? as i would really like to reuse my number and will be arriving to london on the 13th of July ?

Sim was lost abroad ..

 Yes you need to call customer service and report it lost. They will send you out a new sim with the same number. Alternatively go in store with I'd and they will order it for you.

Reporting a sim as lost will automatically put a block on your number so you would need to make sure you get the block lifted by calling CS again once you have a replacement.

If you haven't made a chargeable call on the card within the last six months you will also need to ask customer service to reactivate the number.
