Linked Accounts & finding it impossible to unlink them

Anonymous
Not applicable

My ex husbands account is linked to find on my  'My O2' but there's no unlink option.. After trying all week to get through to CS theyve sent me instructions but the options they're on about don't exist.  I need them unlinked - surely for data protection I shouldn't be able to see all his personal data?? HELP!!

I have a 'remove' button in my linked accounts so maybe you need to call 202...

I thought they had removed the remove option and I certainly don't have anyway of doing it myself either.
I thought it was only something cs could do as I guess they would have to allocate a new log in to the disconnected account?

Yes, they have been linked and the only way to unlink them is by asking cs.
It's very possible you would both need to call though.

I've tried ringing cs- she kept directing me to my o2 and wouldn't believe me there was no unlink button.

I sent a complaint on 19/9 and there's been no reply either. I'm getting so *bleep* off
