Which is best way to cancel and pay off phone plan . Is it online by phone or doing it in store thanks .

Phone O2 on 202 mate.

Phoning CS on 202 would be your best bet, followed by a letter unless you are using a PAC in which case contract will end so no letter required.

You will need to call 202 to pay off the phone plan. If you want to keep your number, request a PAC at the same time and give it to your new network. If you don't want to keep your number, send a recorded delivery letter giving notice.

Use the O2 shops in house landline phone to ring Customer Services.
