I had 29 anytime mins left to use before my actaul pay monthly thing starts which is tomorrow,i rang someone on giffgaff for 30 mins and it hasn't took any minutes off,please tell me i haven't been charged for that phone call?

Calls to Giffgaff come out of your allowance the same as any other network so you would not be charged any extra.

Thanks.Also everything starts on the 1st,but i have to pay on the 15th?why is it 2 weeks after?and will it just come straight out of my account?i don't have to come on here do i and make a payment?

You are given two weeks notice in advance of each bill.

As long as you set up a direct debit it will be taken from that.

I have got my first bill which is over £13,my tarrif is £11, i looked on my details and it says about VAT,n one is store told me about paying that?

Your charged vat on everything you purchase :). Your bill will sort it self out, it's because your first bill has 3 or so days before your bill is produced

did you take up the offer of move to pay monthly from payg?

The 13 pounds may be the discount not applied as per many threads on here but will be double discount next month assuming you did the number swap as well. as per the info here http://www.o2.co.uk/movetopaymonthly

Also on consumer tariffs the vat is included in the £11 so ex vat is £9.16 a month plus vat

NO,it says on my agreement,total £11(incl VAT) i had 30 mins to use for 3 days,i went over so it cost me £1.18,then i got charged VAT of like £2.48

Yea i was on pay&go,thought it was cheaper lol.i think i got VAT on the £1.18 i got charged for a phone call.Which i didn't even know you could get charged fro such a small amount!

ok so

3 days extra pls calls the bill is correct.

contract of £11 is £9.17 plus vat

3 days is £.30 plus £.06 vat a day = £.90 + vat of £.18 (£1.08)

£1.18 calls plus vat £1.41

total bill £13.49

Is that the bill total?

On the website and documentation o2 include vat but the bill shows it seperatly.
