Joining 02 want to keep my number

I have filled in the form to keep number on My 02, with my Old number, new number, PAC, Sim serial number, perfect- however auto email received security failed - what’s wrong?!? Can’t work out what I can do different? Any ideas.

Your password is not the O2 password

It will be a memorable word you set such as mothers aiden name, street you grew up on or first pets name

You can change this in My O2

The answer to the security question is not your password.

It's the safe word you set up when making your account, ie mothers maiden name, first school, first pet etc.

You can reset it in your details in your MyO2.
