Hi, I ordered the iPhone 11 purple 5 days ago. I am an EU student and this is my first phone contract, so I am a bit worried. I don't have a job yet, but my family supports me financially, so I have money for a phone contract and I don't have to worry about the funds in the UK. After paying the upfront, I received a new O2 number, documents in the mail like key information, pcci and cca but nothing else. I'm waiting 5 days for confirmation or refusal and slowly losing my patience - is this a normal waiting time? Do I have a chance for a contract with o2? The O2 app also doesn't show that my order has been confirmed
