I need a invoice/delivery note for my recent contract change for my new phone I can claim my free ear buds. But there's no one I can contact for this??

If you go into My O2 and check Recent Orders, you can click on that and download as PDF

That will suffice as an invoice of your purchase.

Hi I also need this and cant get a hold of anyone! Its the screenshot I uploaded to claim the free buds and it wasnt accepted and O2 don't answer the phone! Did you ever sort this? X
