I am back from a holiday where I ran up a big bill , do I now remove this bolt on and revert to the euro zone bolt on or do I leave it , and does it cover Europe ??

You can use your allowances in Eurozone up to 25 gb of data, so no bolt on needed.

You can leave O2 Travel on your account as it will do nothing whilst in the UK.

The International Bolt On is only for use in the UK to call countries abroad, so if you do that regularly, you are better off to keep it.
