Hi can o2 give me the IMEI number of the last phone i was using on my account as it was stolen and have reported this but need the number for my insurance and to check it has been blocked Thanks

Double checked  my device but  details are  blank no phones showing ,will call customer services

Some devices don't show up, but my J7 Prime dual sim didn't show though my Leagoo Elite did. Of the two I couldn't understand why the Samsung didn't, maybe because there are two IMEI numbers? Also unable to get the settings sent to that phone for some reason.

Ok thanks found the IMEI on the box and checked the status and the phone has been blacklisted by o2 so well done to them
