I want to cancel my contract

My contract runs out in March and I don"t want to renew it. Will o2 automatically renew it or will they contact me ? Tried to contact them without success.

Hi @Anonymous No it wont be automatically cancelled. It will run as a 30 day rolling contract until you contact them

You must give notice 30 days before to avoid it rolling on.
If you need to move your number ask for a PAC code too.

Just to add to what the others have said, your best calling in the morning about 8.30. Also dont cancel the direct debit until after your final bill has been paid. Lots of horor stories about small missed payments wrecking credit files.

If you want to keep your Number, then order PAC and give it to the other Network. Once you number is moved, then Account will be closed and Final Bill Generated.
