I reached my spend cap earlier this month but need to make calls abroad. So I purchased the bolt on for international calls, assuming this would enable to me to continue to make calls - but I still can't make the calls, and I can't increase or remove the spend cap because:
I am beyond frustrated at O2's inability to help me solve a simple problem, and the fact that they are charging me for a service I can't use.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can resolve this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
