I have 2 rolling sims - both in my name and I have requested a PAC for one of them

I am in the process of swapping one of the 2 sims (my husbands phone) to Giff Gaff.  I requested a PAC from husband's handset and then activated Giff Gaff and gave them the PAC code.  The changeover will be in 2 days.

Is it really as simple as this?  Will o2 automatically be aware that one of my sims is no longer with o2?

At some point when I log into 'My o2' will it be updated and then just show the remaining o2 sim which I am keeping?

Thank you

It is meant to be as simple as Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] and Guide: Migration & porting into O2  @scarletp.

That said, as a search here will show, it seems O2 have issues porting, both in and out, lately - but, fingers crossed, yours will go like clockwork.

One bugbear you will notice from the guides linked above is that O2 often have difficulty when there is more than one handset and number on a single MyO2 account - but that may be a thing of the past - keep an eye on both phones and, if things go other than expected, prepare to reach out to O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - the social media team are pretty good, on either of these:

Good luck - please update here with your progress, @scarletp.
