I am trying to simply access my calls made and received record for September but it’s not available

Does anyone know how I can go into my calls made and received log that’s not part of the latest bill? The option to click into it is not available for me?

You can only see received calls in your call log.

Outgoing calls are on your bill Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
