How to Top Up online using my USA credit card

I try to top up onlline and by phone using my USA credit card (MasterCard).  I enter my USA zip code (I don't have a UK address) but it is not recognized and redfuses to continue.

You can only top up online or over the phone using a UK debit/credit card registered to a UK address. You will to top up at a retailer using a voucher or at an ATM point.
