I need some help massively so 02 placed my accounts on hold due to been away abroad and been robbed. My accounts frozen by the bank etc and was really understanding about it as was everyone else. Looked at my credit file tonight and they have reported me for a late payment they are the only colony’s to do this after years of rebuilding my credit file after abusive ex partner who ruined it I am devastated. This has been out of my control and it’s now causing distress I cannot believe it I’m heartbroken to say the least. Can anyone help?
