Havent paid bill

hi i rang o2 two months ago to change my payment date to fall in line with my payday from work , this month this hasn't happened and they have cut me off , but i can't ring anyone to speak to someone about this as it just sends me to the payment line . I dont understand why it hasnt changed like was discussed. Can anyone help i need my phone as im a support worker .

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

You should be able to use Skype to call the number above as it is an 0800 number @mikewhitnall...
