Why can't I change my billing date via the 02 website or app? What a pain it is.

The reason is it affects more than just your billing date, and its never been available on o2 or any other network via a none customer services channel as far as Im aware.
But this can be done by calling customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
