I switched from o2 to another mobile company a week after my 12m contract expired. i have been billed for an entire month. i expected a partial charge for a partial month.

can you verify O2s billing procedure please

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

How did you switch. Did you use a PAC or STAC code?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
