I know this may sound trivial but I have just seen an extra charge has been applied to my account (I have unlimited minutes).  When I checked what number this charge related to, it was a call I made to report a crime to the police on the 101 non-emergency number.  Surely this can't be correct??

@Tangerine31

They should be free calls from April 1st but may take a while for billing to catch up.

You will be refunded if called after that date.

They may well refund you ut actually getting through to someone is a major problem

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
