I switched up in store last week didn't like phone so cancelled and chose another phone if still with in 14 days can you go back to store and exhange again

You can do yes, as your 14 day statutory rights are not affected, if you keep doing 14 day change of minds they may stop you doing switch ups, as that is not in the spirit of the t&c's

Rang O2 shop and was told can't exchange as already done once I thought like you you still get 14 days change of mind

Yes he did so I rang the store I got it from and they said I couldn't as already exchanged once so don't understand the 14 day change of mind so if can't change phone again can I cancel contract altogether?

Upgrades if done in store are a bit of an oddity as going back in time you couldn't do 14 day on Upgrades... And to be honest as I also said this could cause other problems... 

Is this your 1st or 2nd 14 day change of Mind?? As if second then this applies, and it clearly state ONCE

I suppose you can walk away from o2, but it will close the device plan and airtime and if you start again with Switch Up, you will go onto 90days between switch ups

Was due a switch up as can only do every 90 days so took the s23 ultra didn't like it wanted iPhone but none in stock so took the pixel 8 pro instead I'm finding it very slow to respond I use phone for work on receipt store put on changed mind and went back to pixel as had one before cancelled contract gavenew phone so the 14 day does not apply now is this right?
