Hello. One of my subscription contracts is about to expire. I do not want to extend this contract and I want to end it. The number wants to top up without a contract.

@Endingcontract

You need to call o2 and ask for it to be migrated to Pay As You Go,  but just remember you have to top up each month as o2 only sell Bundles now and not classic PAYG

If you want a classic PAYG then you will need to port out to the likes of 1p Mobile or GiffGaff , just ask CS for a PAC Code

You can contact Customer Services on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone
