EU roaming in rolling plans

Hello,

It is stated that EU roaming (25Gb for free) is possible if you pay-as-go plan is over 25Gb (does it mean that it should be not equal but obligatory above?).

I'm particularly interesting will a Rolling plan for £15 with exactly 25Gb on board have this option or not?

You can use up to the limit of your plan or tariff if it is 25GB or less, in any single month. Tariffs with more than 25GB only use up to 25GB and then stop (chargeable data kicks in, see guide below) until the month rolls over.

This can only be done for up to 63 (I think it is) days in any 4month period, after which the phone needs to reappear on the UK O2 network for a few weeks.

Guide: Roaming MegaGuide probably talks to that, if I remember, @Serge.
