Hi added Disney plus to my account this is properly been asked but can't find the answer so what im asking is can you watch Disney plus on your tablet or tv or is it just for your phone

You can watch it on your TV or tablet @Pipstop78 .

Just log into the app using the same username & password you set up with the account.

I did try it on my tablet but told me I needed to subscribe to it help

So when you say you added it to your account, do you mean you added it as an extra to your o2 account?
There should be a link telling you to log in (I think, it's been a while) from the extra.

You set up a username (email) and password to create the account with Disney.

Once that's done you should be able to use the same details to log in on other devices - again, not sure if there is a limit to how many devices you can use at once.
