I made a payment for the sim however my sim has been off. I can not make phone calls. Payment was made on Friday. Its 2 days now and havent been able to make phone calls.

It can take at least 48 hours to reconnect, maybe more at the weekend.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
