Hi. How can I change my direct debit date? I have been furloughed so my pay day has changed to a later date in the month, and my phone bill comes out on my payday.
I tried to ring O2 but the customer service number automatically hangs up on you if you want anything else but theft or fraud and it directs you to speak to an advisor online.. Which is also unavailable due to coronavirus? I can do everything on the app with my payment details except change the date.
