Why when I ordered a phone 29th November, which still has not been dispatched, can I not canvcel the order, I am being told I need to pay for the device before I can switch and I don't even have it. This is whats commonly known as FRAUD!!!

I tried that and I was told to refuse delivery but there is no sign of that happening
