Hi,
I ordered a new phone, the delivery driver turns up and asks for the code from DPD. DPD have not sent me a code, he tries to resend a code to my phone. Unfortunately the number he has to send the code to is the phone I am replacing that has a broken screen so I cannot see anything, anyway he says I cant have the phone and I should call DPD. Which would be fine if I had a delivery ref number from DPD to actually chase with them.
This happened to anyone else?

Put your sim in any other phone to receive the code.

Similar @Flodog - o2 have a new security policy about sending the number on the account a text.
We had been told it was paused, but seems like it is back on.
