Why is it so hard for 02 to get this issue sorted. I’ve tried 4 different bank cards all with money in and each one is decline. Sort it out!! How can I get my bill paid my daughter is abroad and is at risk of being cut off!!!

Carrying on this thread as I started it. So today it’s letting me pay the device plans all 3 of them via debit card. The minute I try to pay the airtime with the same debit card it says payment failed!! Any ideas?

@Nettytabs You'll need to speak to Payment Management again. If you want to avoid future issues like this you should set up Direct Debits for the accounts.

I’ve just reset the DD’s but has to pay this one manually. Thanks for the advice
