My data (20GB) has apparently run out this month but I have done nothing different and my usual usage is between 5-6 GB a month. I have an apple iphone 13 pro and have mainly been in wifi locations anyway - haven’t downloaded any films or streamed anything. When I’m out it’s just the usual WhatsApp, social media and occasionally Spotify. When I spoke to an adviser they said they can’t see exactly what has used the data, just that my 20GB has been used - my phone says I’ve only used 5.5GB roaming and on my O2 app when I click on ‘view previous data’ it says for December only 5.63GB used so it doesn’t make any sense to me that the 20GB is used up. The adviser said that on particular days I used 7GB, then 4GB - but I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary. Can anyone advise what might have happened here, other than O2 getting my usage wrong?
